About the Tech Bridge Program
The Tech Bridge Program is a six-week training initiative that will engage 200 students
from 40 selected secondary schools across the six Area Councils of the FCT.
Each school will form an operational startup team of five students with distinct roles:
UX Designer, Back-End Developer, 2 DevOps Engineers, and a Quality Assurance lead
The program components include
Communication & Collaboration
Computational Thinking Workshops
Computer Literacy Modules
About the Tech Bridge Innovation Showcase 2025
The program culminates in exhibitions at each Area Council, with winners advancing to represent their councils at the central showcase. Themed “The Impact of Computing” the showcase will celebrate the creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills of students.
The event will feature:
Student startup project exhibitions
Keynote addresses
Awards & Prizes
Collaborative discussions on digital education
It will also serve as a strategic call to action for equity in computer science education across Nigeria.
